Here’s how it works

• Visit Support Center: Visit our online support center here.
• Review FAQ: If you have a basic question please start by reviewing our FAQ.
• Sign In/Sign Up: Click the “Sign in” button in the top right and follow the link to sign up using your name and email address.
• Verify Your Account: After you sign up please check your email for a verification link. Once verified, you’ll be taken back to the support center to create your password and will be automatically logged in. You’ll now be able to review ticket history, track requests, and can simply create a ticket by clicking the “Submit a request” link in the upper right.
• In a Rush? Quickly Submit a Request: If you’re in a rush and don’t have time to sign up you may click the “Submit a request” link in the upper right.
• Describe Your Request: On the next page, fill out our request form with detailed information about your request. Be sure to include any necessary attachments.
• Review and Processing: Once submitted your request will be reviewed by our team and processed in a timely-manner. You’ll be notified about updates to your ticket via email, and you’ll receive a notification when the request has been completed. Time is tracked and you’ll be able to review a time log on your next invoice.
• Your Account: If you’ve signed up please use the “Sign in” button for future visits to the support center. If you have forgotten your password simply follow the “Forgot my password” link after clicking the “Sign in” button.
